Actinocephalus polyanthus[1] är en gräsväxtart som först beskrevs av August Gustav Heinrich von Bongard, och fick sitt nu gällande namn av Paulo Takeo Sano. Actinocephalus polyanthus ingår i släktet Actinocephalus och familjen Eriocaulaceae.[2][3]
