Grön ålgräsmask (Lineus viridis)[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] är en djurart som tillhör fylumet slemmaskar, och som först beskrevs av Cornelius Herman Muller 1774. Enligt Catalogue of Life[8][9] ingår Grön ålgräsmask i släktet Lineus och familjen Lineidae,[8][9] men enligt Dyntaxa[10] är tillhörigheten istället släktet Lineus, och ordningen Heteronemertea.[10] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[10] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[8]
